So with Chef Seema learn to make Dal Makhani only on Swaad Anusaar <br /> <br />Ingredients <br />Cooking Dal <br />- 1 cup of black gram <br />- Rajma ( red kidney beans ) <br />- Salt <br />- Water <br /> <br />Tadka <br />- 2 tbsp ghee <br />- 2 chopped onions <br />- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste <br />- 3-4 tomato puree <br />- 1/2 tsp salt <br />- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder <br />- coriander leaves <br />- water <br />- 2 tsp coriander powder <br />- 1 tsp cumin powder <br />- 1 tsp garam masala <br /> <br />- Butter <br />- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder <br />- Fresh Cream <br /> <br />Method <br />- In a pressure add black gram, red kidney beans, salt and water & keep it for 2-3 whistles <br /> <br />- In a pan add ghee and onions and cook it until the onions turn brown <br /> <br />- Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves <br /> <br />- Check if the dal is cooked and add it to the tadka and cook it for 7-8 minutes <br /> <br />- In other pan add butter, ed chilli powder and pour it over dal and add coriander and fresh cream <br /> <br />Dal Makhani is ready to be served!
